I guess the cold weather and lack of excitement will account for a lot of those empty seats, not any fictional animosity aimed at KLD by the loud mouthed few, who jump on any bandwagon available to further their own warped agendas.
Honestly I think the motivating factor is simply we are now used to sacking managers and after a few of those, calling for the owners heads, it’s a simple maths problem, sack a bunch of managers and after a while you move up the chain to assign blame. KLD hardly has any public profile, we don’t really know much about him as a person other than his family, there’s not lot’s to dislike, or like for that matter.
We aren't 'winning, playing well' and neither do we have a competent or vibrant manager. We have a junior academy level management installed by an assistant academy level imposter masquerading as a sporting director.

They aren't like. If you think Dodds proctor and speakman are competent and championship level that's on you but we won't be improving any time soon with those in current positions. Name me another club in this league that would want to hire Dodds and proctor man, haway?
This is just stupid. Dodds has been involved with our first team for a few years now, yes he should not be head coach I have said that before but he's perfectly good around the first team. Speakmans ascent from academy manager to sporting director is a perfectly normal jump. Look at precedent. Question their performance yes but to say they are out of position is just not true. This is what I mean by questions can and should be asked but they have to be logical, if not they lose all merit.

Neither Dodds or Proctor are academy coaches. They are interim appointments until the new head coach is appointed. Who do you think/want that will/to be?
Not as a manager he wouldn't. You can't possibly being serious here? Are we talking about Mike Dodds who has done exactly what in the game at top level?
They are unsackable apparently in this model and that then naturally rules out about 90% of possible candidates who would bring their own people with them. It's a crazy model and it's destined to fail.
He ain't the manager here so no he wouldn't. Why is everything about what someone has done and not what someone could do? Take it you think we should employ Steve Coppell or Paul Jewell in the summer since they have a championship promotion on their cv.
There aren't many amongst our genuine fans who think that Dodds and Proctor are the answer to making progress into the PL. Most realise that KS has made mistakes with the Head Coach position this season and,for this position, D and P are temporary only. So,it's a season of setback,in an onward progression. Every club makes mistakes,hopefully KS has learned and let's see who we appoint next into this role,and how our summer recruitment goes,before we lose our common sense.
Why would you want to sack them? Dodds has a great reputation as a Player Development Coach and Proctor has been around the first team for a couple of years. What makes you think a new coach won't bring their own people? There's no evidence for that. What's crazy about it? It's pretty much the norm abroad.
Speakman hasn't signed a decent striker for 18 months and he appointed one of the worst managers in our history - he isn't a very good sporting director - I'd argue he has been elevated above his level of competence. Dodds record as a manger is horrendous - I'd argue he has been elevated above his level of competence based on that.
Dodds was event a junior academy level lad at Brum. I have spoken directly to staff at Brum to be told that by the way. The last time Speakman was assistant anything was more than 10 years ago. He had a board position at Brum.
I'd like OGS actually but not sure he would work in this environment and I also fear speakman won't look to hire anyone with a big personality.
