That's the problem, a lot of our fans don't have any patience, it's been a bit disappointing this season but it's only our 2nd season back in the championship.

This is true actually - I've cancelled our 3 direct debits for season tickets and we've only gone to 2 games since that game. It's really sucked the enthusiasm out of us, it's sickened us actually on top of the woeful managerial appointment and now the 2 unsackable junior coaches. I say this and for context my first game at Roker park was 1976/7 season.
There are lots from the north stand who are doing the same. Generations of fans who are rightly furious. Just some signs though.....

The BCB scandal, it wasn't a scandal, it was a mistake that was corrected. The only people that mention it are some obsessed fans like you. Even mags don't mention it.
Trouble is now he's just came out and said he doesn't want to go back and he wants to become a head coach. For me he's should stick to what he's good at and what has got him this far in his career as I don't think he'll ever make it as the one person in charge

It was a disgrace and showed how utterly out of touch and incompetent the club is off the pitch. Simple as that and the fact nothing has changed personnel wise since leaves a really sour taste.
