Never seem to do anything at their place, I aren’t going this time due to other commitments so hopefully the curse is broken.

2-0 to City.

They've won their last 2 home games so they'll feel confident but so will we after Tuesday and we're better than them, end of.
3-1 City

2-2 draw.

Hopefully a few training sessions have ironed out the silly, slow nature of our starts.

Does anybody have a stat for how many times we've gone behind this season? I feel like we've done it more this season than any other, which might be bollocks, but we can't be up there with clean sheets.

If Seri is back and up and running he goes straight back in. Ohio starting over Sharp, now he's shown he can do it. Gotta get Tufan in from the start.

Carvalho? Slater? Zaroury? Morton? Two of them will have to give way. Probably the first two.

At least we get a decent ref on Saturday!

In 31 league games to date:
  • We have scored first 12 times. This is the 19th worst record in the Championship. Stoke, Birmingham, QPR, Wednesday and Rotherham havc done so fewer times.
  • We have conceded first 18 times. This is the 22nd worst record in the Championship. Rotherham and Wednesday have conceded first more times. On the other hand, only Ipswich and Leeds have got more points after going conceding first.
  • And there was one 0-0 draw

Well researched. That is not a good statistic for a side with ambitions!

Every player to have 2 cans of red bull 15-20 minutes before the game starts...

Start with Ohio as an unknown quantity for us, though also for their defence and tactics (3 cans of red bull)

Bring Sharp on at 65-75 minutes (nice cup of tea before)

Leave the rest to Liam...

The end of that McCann collapse season was ridiculous. We'd go behind within about 5 minutes almost every game and that was it for our chances. And likewise at the end of Shota's tenure we conceded early a lot. But obviously those were poor sides so it made more sense. For our current playoff-chasing side to concede first so often is really quite puzzling, and just as with our persistent wastefulness issues, it does make you wonder how much higher up the table this team could actually be if we didn't do this.
