I'm perfectly 'chill' you're jumping down Wessie's throat about something that had already been answered.
You're condescending him over something that's already been stated in this thread and taking up well over a page to do so. Move on and cut him some slack.
So why the sarky comment at 15 mins then. When we were starting to dominate. The one I replied ... To?
But if we could cut out the daft early goals and scored first ourselves more often we'd be flying, which brings me back to the point most of us "sceptics" have been making, that we could and perhaps should be doing even better
Every team in the league bar one could be doing better though, it's not as if we've considered scoring first and thought better of it. It's not as simple as you make it out to be.
When you look at the league there a 3 teams that have that consistency not to do that. Ipswich started well and got a 15 point headstart, but the rest, apart from parachutes are all the same. It's the championship, no one can be consistent and if they could, there wouldnt be 8-10 teams thinking 'if only we could put a run together' for playoffs. It's the championship. Same last season, same this season but unless you have a massive budgetary advantage, then generally speaking we have to outperform the resources to get there. Like a load of other teams. And that's my point. We are where we are. We could be doing better, we could be doing worse but we're in and around it. Keep the faith.
We were a goal down but battering them. Have one of the best records from coming from behind. Performance was nothing like Swansea but getting the same **** from the usual 'private fraser' doomed types nonetheless? Apologies Wes, I am probably making you a case in point.
I'm not even sure why I'm that bothered tbh, I hate the Premier League and am more than happy being a solid Championship side I think I just want to be better than and Lord it over TWS fans again. The years between 2007 and whenever it was that we ended up in the same league again were brilliant. Plus I suppose any Premier money would be massive for the club and what Acun wants to achieve
Yeah, I'm concerned they're hitting form at the right time for automatic though, and Southampton didn't help tonight
