We've dropped 5 points in total from the 12 games in which we've scored first, which I think is pretty impressive. Probably a simplistic and non mathematical way of looking at it though. More chance of us winning when we score first than there is when we concede first though. Far more. Anyway I'll enjoy the win, and if LR can somehow engineer a win at our bogey ground on Saturday, give him the job for life
Yeah, think based on PPG from scoring first we're 6th, whereas we've got the equal second most wins from behind. It's all academic though as long as we bank points.
3 of those were at Norwich, in fergie time. Care to bother your arse to work out points gained from a deficit?
Actually I was thinking about their winning goal given your reference to added time, but yes we did drop 3 over the course of the game.
Wtf? We've dropped 5 points from winning positions, 3 against Norwich. Unlike folk from Ñaarwich, you have 5 fingers on each hand. So you should be able to work out the number of points we've gained from losing positions (or a deficit) and it ain't 2.
I was agreeing with you.. why do you always struggle to recognise that and instead assume someone's arguing with you? Hint: read the last 12 words of my post again.
thank you. Now asking nicely, can you work out where we stand in the current season relative to the rest of the competition for gaining points from losing positions? I have a feeling it might be close to Syd's answer a couple of minutes ago.
Five when we scored first. 10 from winning positions (Millwall and Bristol when they scored first, then we went 2-1 up)
