Fair enough, you're not alone in that opinion. I think he'd do well in a dedicated DM role personally.

Iirc they changed it because other leagues finished the day after our midnight cut off meaning they could sign players from English clubs and didn’t give them a chance to get a replacement, so now our deadline is a few hours after Italy/germany/spains

People, including me from the start, believe Evans is a very good DM. I wonder how him and O'Nien compare in regards to mobility, tackling, range of passing, game awareness, etc.
I'm not sure how close they are but I don't think they're too far apart.

They changed the summer one to September 1st a few years ago I think, assumed they done January too!
