But do you think it made any difference to the game at all? I simply dont. Their crowd werent at all like an old school derby crowd.

Aye they were very touristy - I just think 7000 more of us and 3000 less of them could only have helped our lads. Amazed that's not a given with all of us.

Its been clearly mentioned by the club, it was even mentioned on sky sports that because its the FA Cup the opponents can claim higher number of tickets - newcastle did. The risk assessments then said it would be safe to have 6k in - so they got 6k. Theres a few off field things that folk can be unhappy about but this isnt one imo

Dont see the point creating a thread just to moan about the board. Theres an off the pitch operations one if you are unhappy about the off field stuff

I think it could have been empty of them and the result wouldnt have changed to be honest. Sometimes, even against that lot, you have to say they were just much better. Sorry like, but I cant get het up about the off field stuff tonight. It was a game a few years too early for us. We can catch them again, but now is too soon. A few extra dafties with scarfs makes no difference.

Told you some would desperately be trying to brush the entire fiasco under the carpet as soon as the final whistle went.

Cheer up OP

Predictably a £8m pack of kids got flattened by £500m worth of Saudi mercenaries

Our support never wavered in the face of this mismatch, making a huge amount of noise

Their 6000 fans? Silent when it mattered.

Then I saw that team picture <laugh>

How did their support get so touristy so quickly?

Aye, it's bizarre some fans will let the club off with literally selling us out - it needs remembering - I suspect there will be a change or 2 in the boardroom this week or next.

Aye.

I doubt it. Whatever happens will happen privately.

I've posted before that I'm behind KLD on this. He's took personal responsibility for something he's highly unlikely to have had full knowledge of, and will be dishing out bollocking behind closed doors. That's true leadership.

You clearly don't have a clue what that word means.

You've said fck all.

Ok - if I've said fck all why have you attacked my posts twice tonight?
It's pretty clear what I think and will/should happen if the owner follows up on the events of the past week.
I'm not going to explain it any more to you.

Aye I am too - if this leads to some complete incompetents being run out the club and KLD getting a few more proper professional commercial/football people involved in running the club day to day it may even turn into a positive.
