Hand driers not working in concourse on Saturday I noticed. It's a tiny little thing but it's just so easily sorted and would be if the staff had any pride in their work. The e ticketing is really unpopular as well - nothing wrong with the cards imo. It just reeks of amateur and small time. The PA not working is a more serious safety issue I'd think if that's the case in certain parts of the ground. Always seems OK in concourse.
Apparently when the card machines broke the scum starting getting radgy so a call was made to serve them to prevent trouble. Understandable in the circumstances that the decision was made to keep serving
As far as I can tell, the ticketing is almost exactly the same at West Ham. Seems to be a universal thing. Not necessarily the club's fault.
Probably not. Wouldn't be the first time that an organisation bought a computer system that seemed OK but was a pain in the arse for a third party.
It seems to be common knowledge that there's been work, and more quotes, to improve the AOL and SOL. As with any massive entity there'll be short, medium and long term plans but the work will never be finished.
Dunno about that but judging by the thread on RTG it won’t be enough. they won’t be happy until KLD is hounded out and we get some actual proper chancer in charge.
