Hopefully puts an end to allowing the head coach to make a signing. No chance we sign Dack if Mowbray isn't here. His minutes could've allowed Aouchiche to bed in more or allowed Pritch to play more. Poor signing.
And Pritch prevents Aouchiche and 09 prevents Seelt and on we go. This is why decisions over keeping /buying older players has to be well thought through but people struggle with it.

Just a general point - a section of our fanbase are going to struggle getting their heads around the fact there are other clubs taking an interest in our players, and draw conclusions that they are 'for sale'.
As long as any deals are right for the club and the money is used wisely then it is fine by me.

On the flip side you have to question why the model flexed in this instance but not others.
Only signed to try and repair some of the bad blood after the play off defeat and into the summer window.

Thats the feeling I got as well. A signing that goes against everything the club is trying to do just to appease the coach who is going to be leaving anyway. Daft.
He was also free and, every time (before he signed for us) I watched him he looked decent! He has looked decent in one game for us, but utter rubbish the rest!!
