Really great watch, cheers @- Doing The Lambert Walk

It shows what passion he has for the game and I like the fact that he hugged Delia in just his pants at Pompey when they got promoted!

Without 'tomming' it, it backs up my view he is the man to get us out of this league. Maybe not the next step, but let's cross that bridge.

He understands about team spirit, and how your team mates and team spirit make you a better team than you are. We are the sum of all players not just the individual.

Regarding the “day in the life” video, really interesting watching a players daily regime.

Anyone know when he last played against us (If ever)?

Matchday Eve!

Who's Eve? Separately, the race to be the first poster to post 'Matchday', on the day of the match, will heat up tonight, as everyone (apart from the players, I hope) will be staying up for midnight, then will immediately be tapping away, if only to avoid the kissing and general bonhomie resulting from aged relatives staying awake/being woken up to see in the New Year.

Oh, and to keep on-topic, we'll win 2-0, with Baz hoofing the ball as far away as possible, every time he gets a sight of it.

I think it's only "normal" midweek matches which can be found on Sky's red button, as opposed to bank holiday midweekers. But I may be proved wrong!

I think it is outside the 3-5pm UEFA TV embargo? I think it is that time anyway of the week (except Sunday)?

EDIT: "The rule prevents matches being shown on domestic television on Saturdays between 2.45pm and 5.15pm. The blackout can only be enacted when 50 per cent of fixtures in the top two divisions kick off at 3pm.

This includes Premier League, Football League and FA Cup matches, but also matches in top international leagues such as La Liga and Serie A."

So strange one really.

EDIT2: National League games are being shown though live at 3pm. What is weird about that is the blackout doesn't apply to them, but is to encourage larger crowds at lower league games, so would benefit them more if all their games weren't live!

It is outside the embargo, yes. But for whatever reason, I don't think Sky put bank holiday matches on the red button (even though they will still be available through the EFL/ifollow service).
