No I agree with fan discounts, but this has happened for years, yes I know we get discounts, we all paid for the season under Allam when McCann relegated us, did the fans picking up cheap tickets this season show commitment? No why would they we were ****, I was there obvs up until Covid hit.
I know fans who pay for the good games swerve the freezing midweek games, then pick up cheap tickets, we don’t do that do we, reward the loyal now and then.

Resigned to the fact we were going to lose, said it after 15 minutes, Sunlan players right up for it, City players still pissed from the day off.

I absolutely agree that the Club has got this all wrong(£10 ticket for the Norwich game). An adult full paying season membership holder is stumping up as a bare minimum just over £13 per home game but a day tripper(and as you know,I am one) can sit beside a member and pay less...That's wrong!!

I'm of the firm opinion that if I want to go and watch City,I'm comfortable paying the £20(or £27/£28 that it was under the Allams) and to that end I've never took any of the lads up on using a spare pass...Plus the fact I'd probably need to sit beside TwoWrights,**** that:emoticon-0102-bigsm

This comes up every time there's a discount, but members will always pay the least across the season. When you buy a membership or season ticket, part of the arrangement is that you will get the best possible price across the season, allowing for the fact that there may be some games where the matchday tickets are reduced. If it somehow worked out that we weren't getting the best price as members then we'd have something to complain about, but that isn't going to happen.

And then there's the priority for aways and playoffs for members too.

Were obviously expecting the walk up to be less for Norwich than the Xmas games.

Let's keep the ground full if we can eh?

More retail sales, and maybe some will get a pass in future. Win for all - unless you're a miserly git who begrudges 3 quid as a one off.

I don’t think this is true, I don’t think there’s anything stating a member will pay less over the course of the season, and I think in fact a few years back under the Allams we figured out match day tickets would have worked out cheaper didn’t we? I seem to recall.

Well, when he was appointed Rosenior did claim we'd play a different type of football, and one that few Championship teams played. Fairly sure he meant playing out from the back, but to paraphrase Elton and Lineker's recent Football Focus interview, 'every ****er does it now, even the ****ers that can't.' :emoticon-0125-mmm:

He’s in their starting XI, he just missed the first part of the season due to injury.

For anyone going to all home games, it’s far cheaper being a member.

Members are already getting a bigger discount than anyone else and I can’t understand anyone moaning about the prices we pay under any circumstances (about the cheapest in the league).

We know we get very cheap season tickets, I haven’t said otherwise, I think it’s great, however at least make the price of a seat the same as a member pays, most daytrippers won’t commit to a season ticket, they just wait for the next offer.

They won't see many games then, you can only do a handful of cheap ticket offers in a season.

If you're happy with what you're paying, there's really no reason to be bitching about what anyone else pays, we should be doing all we can to fill as many seats as possible.

    members get currently

    - one of the cheapest per game tickets in the championship
    - priority to away games, cup games and playoff games
    - access to free events the club puts on (Q&A sessions with legends, stadium tours)
    - essentially a consistent 10% off at the club store. You buy something you gain points to use on your next purchase and it doesn’t cancel if you use your points. Failing that you can accumulate points to do a big spend at the end of the season
    - Pretty sure members get automatically entered into draws for access to corporate matchday experiences

but yeah a £10 ticket to get people interested in the football club is a real slight on members

Can’t we have a conversation about anything without descending into name calling it’s like ****ing play school on here sometimes, you wouldn’t do it to my face so give up, I have my opinion on tickets, you may disagree, it does not mean either of us are right.

Hull City fans are probably the most fickle ****ers in the EFL, turn up when doing ok, run a mile when we aren’t, me and quite a few others have turned up nearly every game for many years, 51 in my case, thick and thin, mostly thin, and when the club is offering cheaper tickets to day trippers when we are doing well, yet not even a Christmas card, remember them, or a free pie maybe to passholders, then I’m perfectly entitled to question why.

Every time the club have had a full house, promoted the hell out of a game, given free and discounted tickets, the team have not turned up....
