Merry Christmas one and all. Hope you have a wonderful time with friends and family. Just finished curing some homemade bacon for breakfast tomorrow. Now this stuffing wrapped in streaky bacon, I might just give that a try.

Sage and onion in streaky bacon …..why didn’t you tell us this last week?? Too late for tomorrow but definitely going to be trying those soon enough. Have a good oneDone my ham earlier, left in the stock until its cooled down, then wrapped in foil.
In the fridge overnight to set, ready for glaze tomorrow.
The things next to it is sage & onion stuffing, wrapped in streaky bacon. Way better than pigs in blankets.
