Is it we’ve just put our greatest enemy in our supposed home end,. Would any other serious club do that? They claim (wrongly) they took the Fulwell in the play off game, KLD and the mag have given them it, Quisling is the term.

Drivel is the term for your post.

You never have a good word for Sunderland tbh. You've called everyone worse than shyte, KLD, Amad, Mowbray, Pritchard, etc etc etc ...

... Quisling ffs <doh>

quisling
/ˈkwɪzlɪŋ/
noun
  1. a traitor who collaborates with an enemy force occupying their country.
Now this is what I agree with. I don't particularly like this appointment but I certainly don't think it's an appointment based on money. Leaving Mowbray in place or appointing Dodds would've been cheaper.

And easier as he knows the supporters would go along with it based on two narrow wins.

Haven’t been on much tonight because I’ve had a few too many but after having a read I can’t help but comment;

A) the moaning about having to moving seats for a cup tie is beyond pathetic. It’s the sort of self entitled sh*te you hear from them up the road and if the shoe was on the other foot we’d all be fuming. Imagine United only gave us 4k at Old Trafford back in 2014 instead of 9k because some of their season card holders were unhappy? Give it a rest man that’s the beauty of the cup just because they’re our rivals doesn’t mean they’re only entitled to half the allocation we’d give anyone else.

B) Beale, on paper, is nowhere near as bad as people are making out. Most of our fans watching 90 minutes of football every fortnight and jump to conclusions based on that. He was a very well thought of coach who’s done decent at the 2 clubs he’s been at. He’s certainly not a step down for Mowbray but not quite the exciting appointment we’d imagined. Is it something to cry about really? I’d put good money on us improving from this point heading into the second half of the season.

Genuinely embarrasses me how parts of our fanbase go on at times. No wonder the c*nts up the road are laughing at our expense.

Whatever happens, I back them. Appointed Mowbray, nobody wanted him. He was a perfect fit. I know less than nothing about Beale. And people are on here calling the club worse than **** for appointing him. I wonder how much anyone on here knows about him in reality. Did a better job at QPR than pretty much anyone before or since, Rangers play in a 2 team league

Top post.

Someone said we’ve “given the mags the home end”. If that’s the case, we must be the only club in the world who chooses to attack the away end second half of every game!

Edit: I wonder, if we’d gone and got one of these everyone said would be perfect, and they’d failed, if they’d all just have retreated into their hikes and STFU?

I know sweet FA about these Scandinavian coaches to be able to comment on how they would be a better fit than Beale. Trust the club.

Reliable but tend to be expensive ...

... they usually get you where you want to go tbh.

I agree the north stand and away fans situation has been **** for years. I just don’t know what the club could have done differently for this, IF they’re being forced to give Newcastle 6,000 tickets, and the police are saying this is the safest way to do it

if we are saying the away fans should have been moved to the bottom by now, then surely those fans being displaced for just one game, would be even more upset being displaced permanently?
Steve Neil is to blame for this stupid idea.
The head of security, most of our senior stewards are mags, only SAFC could do this, loads say trust the club,!! When they make stupid decisions like this, that's hard to do.
Oh wait they also appoint Beal as our next manager.

Calling KLD a quisling is rather unfortunate when you know he is the descendant of Alfred Dreyfus, made famous by the Dreyfus affair, so called because he was considered a Jewish traitor to France.

<party>

I can't swear to it but I'm pretty sure he was absolved of blame and acquitted ...

... France at that time was a cesspit of accusations and recrimination.

It's out of the club's hands Bob ... Steve Neil has no say in it, he simply can't countermand the FA and police.

If we say we can't accommodate the correct allocation of away fans it could have repercussions in the future.

And impossible to make that claim when we happily gave Hartlepool 10,000. in the same competition.

People didn't moan about being moved for that game, many of them didn't bother going tbh.

Have to say then being honest. I think you bring a lot of good to this board and I’ve fought your corner because I think it’s right but not this week. There are more ways than your way, or my way. A few on here need to take a deep breath and be respectful.

I appreciate that but I think Sunderland have handled this terribly, I have outlined my position.

I think your wrong re Steve Neil input I will find out today, and we are not playing hartlepool we are playing the biggest enemy of all.
Mark my words they will trash everything they can, their hatred for us is as bad is ours for them.
Finally, your point of the fans not going cos they have to be move imho is incorrect also.
Every SAFC fan will want to be here for this game.
