The 3 managerial appointments by KLD have all been a step up.
Neill was better than Johnson and Mowbray was better than Neill.
I would expect a similar improvement with whoever the next one is.

But Tony Mowbray is a caretaker possibility?
 
Will we be prepared to pay compensation? All our recent appointments up to Steve Bruce have been out of a job?
 
Incidentally, the lad on RTG that broke that Mowbray was gone - before there was any announcement or other inkling of it - has said that Julien Sable is who we'll be getting.

My main concern here is his lack of leadership experience, we are going from someone VERY experienced to someone who hasn’t got much of a track record as a head coach.

Feels very risky to me
