Not wanting to get off topic but by god your right, I couldnt tell you who was number 1 or even in the top 10. I could almost rattle the top 40 off when I was younger.
This time of year was also great, the race to be Xmas No1 was brilliant, nobody seems to care anymore

Beautiful that , the Pogue Mahone were some outfit and Shane was a real one off.
Touched me much more than it probably should this one. The Pogues and Shane leave such a musical legacy. As other have said the man was a genuine poet, stunning.

Very emotional TC, When Glen Hansard backed by all of those great musicians did Fairy Tale of New York and some of the congregation got up to dance did it for me.
