He was brought up in Hayley Green, which is 8 miles from West Brom, but also only 12 miles from Wolves and his dad was a Wolves fan.
I imagine the likes are pretty blurred round there, like anywhere with multiple clubs in the same area/city

It's a new strategy bringing in a bulk of highly rated young players like Covil, Vaughan, Sandat etc. in the hopes we can develop them either for our first team or to get a good fee for.

My opinion is that we've brought in a lot of young players with the intention of getting fees for them if they turn out to be hits. You only need 1-2 of that group to be a hit to justify the outlay on all of them and more. You asked why we bothered bringing them in.
