Watched that again yesterday on Sky. Very good but probably made better bcos I'm watching it thinking that's Spielberg's own story.
The Burial 8.9/10 Superb. It's on Prime. Based on a true story, it's a really enjoyable watch. One of Jamie Fox's best performances.
Never seen it. I'm sure it's good, I don't know why but I've got to a stage where films I think will be disturbing I can't bring myself to watch.
Directed by Clint Easwood ... stars Bradley Cooper and Sienna Miller... turns out it's a 'true' story ... which is a bit mind-blowing- definitely worth a watch ...
I think it was Saving Private Ryan, I've become progressively worse at watching uncomfortable films since then. So I probably won't watch it
I wouldn't have called it uncomfortable or disturbing myself ... reminiscent of Enemy At The Gates with Jude Law... in more than one way ...
Yeah American Sniper is great. Tell you what isn’t a top film though: Expendables 4 - 4.2 First two were class (for ****s and giggles and action), third was “ok” but this was shoddy as ****. Was looking forward to it as I always like the shoot ‘em ups but ****ing hell this really sucked. The CGI was bloody woeful and the whole film felt like a b-movie. Statham carries it and as Megan Fox is still an absolute rocket that prevented it from scoring around a 2.
I beg to differ ... the night I spent in a Skegness Travel Lodge with Rachel and Selma Hayek is one I will never, ever, forget... you can keep your Sienna Miller's mate ...
