Yes, think it would be hard not to see him going in the summer. It feels like when Bowen left, we thought he was going the previous summer, and got a 'bonus' six months out of him. If Greaves doesn't go this coming summer I think we'll be very lucky.

And here is another good reason why it would have been utterly insane on Ehabs part to negotiate a meaningful discount on the sale price if he gets to take that fee.
