Good result for us and QPR tonight ...

.... dreadful September for Birmingham and Stoke 20th, 5 points off the bottom.
Reading the Oatcake, their fans are split, but a lot of negative attitudes towards Neil. Some defending him saying he needs to be given time, but a lot don't rate him at all and want rid and their numbers are growing. A few more bad results and the pressure will be right on him, and if it carries on until say the end of October he'll be right in the mire

Their first four fixtures in January are Southampton, Leicester, Sunderland and Leeds ...

... they could be bottom at the end of that run.

Would be nice if we beat them in October to put the final nail in his coffin

I've got a ****e memory for these things but it reminded me of one against us in one of the recentish playoffs. It was gutting but so immense that I had to applaud it.
similar memory here , maybe Wycombe ?
Also remember Alese made a similar clearance for us last season in a league game.

Yeah that was it. One of the best goal line clearances I've ever seen. The bugger.
That one last night capped them all mind, except "The Scorpion" <laugh> , some top class keeping all the same, it was 0-0 but never boring and the result was bonus.

Tell you what I was kind of expecting Ipswich to be alright this season because of how much money they spent in L1 but Plymouth have surprised me. Playing some really good football with a young squad with the smallest budget in the league.
