My analysis was not really a reflection on Southgate per se, but on all the England's previous bosses who have all failed to deliver, eg Taylor, Venables, Hoddle, Keegan, Sven Goren, Capello, Hodgson when they shouldn't have considering the resources we have had. But I really blame the FA for being ****ing useless for 40 years. Its taken us that time to catch up but we still can't get it right. And probably never will. Whereas the others seem to get it right....eg France FFS.
Shoulda appointed Cloughie then we’d have won the World Cup, The Euros and the Copa América anarl. Probably.
How has Grant McCann not done one yet!? Doncaster are doing well ****. Wonder if they can't afford to sack him.
Sam Allardyce’s theoretical impact as England manager in the long term can probably best be measured by his actual impact on Leeds United last spring. That is, a ****ing disaster.
One things for sure, if he gets the boot from Donny he's going to struggle big time to secure another position after 3 sackings.....normally by mutual consent of course!
Sporting director Rudi Voller has gone full Paul Merson, when talking about Nagglesman , “he’s a top coach!”
