    Crespo is a one that really interests me, seems to be a step above, experienced and is a key missing CDM role to our squad.

    Even if Stewart does go (and I’m sure he will), if we got Crespo, Burstow, Pembele, Rusyn and Aouchiche done today, whilst keeping Roberts and Clarke, then I think we are stronger than we were at start of window.

    In fact definitely so.

    Pembele exciting me for me aswell. I think our full backs had been ****e for years until we signed Cirkin. Then we had makeshifts like O'Nien/Winchester/Gooch etc. Hume and Huggins both early days still but a natural RB who's came through at PSG could be a brilliant addition. Quick, loves to get forward and overlap etc should be a perfect fit for us.
