For me Match fit Bruno is first name on team sheet, you then fit the rest of the pieces around him. Not an untried kid who has shown some good moments pre season and done the square root of **** all in competitive games.

Not sure anyone could complain if Anderson got a start - even out on the LW but I think Eddie will go with a very strong team - thought Tonali was struggling a little in the first two friendlies but against Fiorentina he looked class (maybe a familiar Italian opponent suited him) but I'd have had Anderson ahead of him until Saturday.
Mental that we have some ridiculous depth in the squad though now and so many options across the pitch (bar defence) and a lot (7) of local lads/lifetime fans who could be playing first team football this year:

Wouldn't surprise me, but if we can bring Livarmento, Tonali, Anderson, Gordon/Barnes, Murphy and Wilson off the bench...
5 but just thinking about the bench for Villa - we have options - that doesn't include Schar or Target and Willock either or a CB that' I'm still convinced will be coming in.
