On the use of VPN, being in Vietnam I only missed one or two games last term when they were shown overseas, but that was through ifollow. I would guess being our own streaming service, it should have all games available. So on using a VPN it should be accessing if using here as the destination.
When games were unavailable this was due to overseas TV coverage (so they are only available in territories that aren't part of the global TV deal e.g. Belgium, Luxembourg etc. Can't see that this would be any different with our own streaming service.

Probably not, I guess we will have to wait and see. However, on a couple of occasions I just went onto another country via VPN who were not involved like Belgium etc.

I'm starting to get the feeling a season subscription is not going to be available, just game by game. The club seem silent having tried to get an answer from them.

There's a section for 'Subscriptions' so I think there'll definitely be a subscription option.

Yep, I think when we first moved to iFollow it was similarly short notice. I suppose my point is if there was no subscription planned they wouldn't have the section listed.

You would think so, but it would be nice if they at least came out with some information on it, saying it will be up and running for the first game or at least some news.

Not sure where you're looking Pete, but it lets me buy my subscription.

Looks like you can only buy a subscription if you live outside the Country. I looked but no link but when I went through a VPN the link appears.
Haven't bought one because they'll probably cotton on to it and you'll lose your money.

City are actively promoting subscriptions for people with permanent foreign addresses which implies the EFL have sanctioned such arrangements ! At least one person on here has reported he's signed up.Using a VPN will facilitate that, but if you're still concerned you could pay match by match or monthly. Match by match streaming would be quite a bit more expensive (10 quid per game) whereas a season subscription would be about 3 quid per game. My VPN costs me just under 3 quid per month, which would add about 75p to the per match streaming cost. That's the way I read it anyway.
