Just signed up and paid for the match today. Interesting that there's no Paypal option any more. Wonder how people who are on holiday or temporarily abroad will pay for match passes, will it accept a UK credit card (as the address on registration has to match the billing address)?
It does say on the website that Paypal is an option, but you are right when you come to pay it is not available. I'm in Vietnam but paid for it with my UK debit card.
Me too. Not sure which email address my account is and it tells me username and or password is incorrect. I have emailed the support address to explain but not sure I'll get a reply
You have to create a new account on the new hub. They send you a validation code which you type in then you can log in. Worked for me this afternoon.
It wont recognise any details you have entered previously, it's a new site, you have to start from from scratch. It's not that painful, you just enter your name, address, email etc, create a password and enter the validation code.
Just re-registered and bought the streaming pass on the new OWS. Having gone through that process, it looks unlikely to me that they'll be a way using a VPN to watch games as if 'abroad'. Feel free to PM me though if you know / find out different please! Real pity as not able to get to all games myself and also the workaround when it was on i-follow allowed me to have very elderly family, who are no longer able to get to games at all, watch pretty much every game with me .
I managed to set up an account as if abroad on the previous platform. Looks more difficult this time. Hopefully I'm wrong.
There was no need to do that on the old site, you just had to appear to be abroad to pay for the game.
