I've paid twice to watch this game, by mistake, via this new hub and I cannot find the game??? To be fair to the club, a guy called Andrew emailed me later and offered me a refund. I might be a bit computer dim but accessing the actual game after payment has been taken isn't very clear. Quality was good though, bit of early buffering, and what a great result.
To me the page for "subscriptions" is not available yet - "coming soon" it says. Did you get a subscription or just pay for today's game? Are you living abroad?
Apparently the single game subscription on Tigers+ for todays game was only open to those in the UK. I watched it directly on the Turkish link for free using a vpn blocker.
Seem to remember there was some debate about who would be doing the commentary on this new platform, seems it's still Fletch.
I've email there streaming hotline a few days ago but had no answer. I just wonder whether they are going to do it game by game rather than be able to subscribe to a season streaming?
Generally I have found it better so far than Ifollow, though they need to sort out the in match video replays, as most times it doesn't seem to work.
It's quite strange, I have emailed the streaming service a couple of times on match days and got a quick reply to sort out a couple of technical matters. I've now emailed them about news on the season subscription and when we can know prices and when it will be up and running, and so far silence.
Same situation here John. Mid June I received an e-mail response from the head of marketing, an Andrew Clark, @wearehullcity.c.uk, telling me they were " Still tinkering with prices for subscription options and will communicate in good time." Function is still showing as "Coming soon" on the site !!
Getting pretty close to the first game now less than a week. I logged onto to the new site and went to subscriptions and it said Coming Soon. Anyone know when? also it’s a little confusing as to what games you can see in the USA and Mexico. So does it work using a VPN for VIETNAM or similar.
I have emailed their streaming service 3 times asking this question and have received no reply. I have had replies from the same email address on match days when there was an issue, so they must be receiving them okay. I guess we will hear something during this week, hopefully. On the use of VPN, being in Vietnam I only missed one or two games last term when they were shown overseas, but that was through ifollow. I would guess being our own streaming service, it should have all games available. So on using a VPN it should be accessing if using here as the destination.
Having Paid The Matchday Pass On Saturday At A Fiver - Straight After Registration As A New Member - I Called The Ticket Office & A Young Female Took My Number & 10 Minutes Later - Andrew Clark Of Marketing Was Atop His Laptop & Using An Email Account Verification - Set My Profile Page To Receive The Stream Link In Time For The Game - Hoping It's Not The Same Process Each Match Day
I am more interesting in buying a season pass rather game by game, so I hope they come up with a season long subscription.
