Great catch that, and on his left hand side.

Bowled canny generally this morning for nowt, so deserved that. Bit short at times maybe.

Australia have every right to play this way. A draw will win them the series. It’s up to us to be good enough to take 20 wickets.

It’s exactly how cricket is played. Never been an issue with teams batting for draws. Happens all the time.

Thought that was massive from the young lad. We should sign him a s a winger with that pace!!

Aye. Really quick. Hard to criticise but the throw bounced twice and that gave Smith time to get back.

Absolutely pivotal call. Very lucky to be given not out. Would have been very unlucky to be given out.

He was the one. I'd expect a decent lead from then now. Cummins can bat and once you're in in on this pitch the new ball will fly around.

Worse! Ward has just shown Smith was out!

Took him 50 mins mind. So the 3rd ump had nowt to go on.

England openly claim to want to save Test cricket. That is their aim. Then you get Australia batting at a rate of 2.6 after 90 overs ffs.

Yep. Winning is all that matters to them. And drawing this test means they win the series instead of just retaining the ashes. Sad really. It’s the way test cricket has been but it’s poor to watch
