Sad news...
RIP Michael Parkinson
A great presenter who brought true journalistic skills to his craft and added a warmth and empathy with his guests that invariably brought the best out of them and created some of the most intimate revelations.
His interviews with the likes of Mohammed Ali, Billy Connolly and George Best are legendary.
A sad loss - even at 88!![]()
His quote to Rachel Reilly " a challenging ****" was a double snort of coffee down the nose from me , he is greatly missed2 years since he passed
This is a lovely little collection - and make sure you get to the end!
