Anyone watched any yet? I haven't, but might stick England's opener on in the morning, it's against Haiti at 10.30am on ITV.
It's been really poor so far. It won't get 'good' until the top sides are playing each other in the latter stages. The women should be putting double figures against Haiti
They're one of the best teams in the Caribbean apparently, though only recently, this is the first World Cup they've qualified for. They play their internationals in Haiti, but most of their players are at French clubs and their manager's French.
They have lost to Venezuala, Guatemala and Costa Rica in recent weeks - and Costa Rica just get beat 3-0 by Spain
Not sure what your point is, in between those losses there were wins against teams I'd expect to be better than the teams they lost against (though to be fair, I've not really got much idea which countries have good Women's teams and which have **** ones).
I haven't watched any yet but will definitely watch England tomorrow and will be watching more once I get my head around the kickoff times. Can't wait for the usual cliches about the standard, how it's being "rammed down people's throats" and so on.
Many of those who frequently boast about watching City every game during the dark times of the third and fourth division, suddenly get fragile about watching football of the highest quality when the women's national team is involved
Norway & Canada have screwed me over so far, so if England & USA don’t do what they should, I’ll continue to not watch it, however, if they both do what they should do, then I will also continue not to watch it.
Not entirely wrong, French is one of the two official national languages, the other being Creole which has some roots in French although a French speaker wouldn't be able to understand much of it.
Apparently cannot get replica goal keepers shirts as Nike don’t think they’re viable. The goalie is understandably miffed!
A lot of the players are miffed as the standard of accommodation, facilities and general welfare is far below the standards that they receive from their respective clubs (whose facilities, training and healthcare are comparable to the men's sides), so they feel that many of their national FAs are disrespectful regarding the financial outlay, preparations and unprofessional.
There will be many who are more than happy with the facilities and will find them far better than those they endure in their home nations.
I've not watched any yet. I get the feeling the Ladies Euro's will be better quality than the Ladies World Cup.
If that is a valid logical association, then I'll throw in to the hat that those who are passionate about PGA Golf tournaments, are indifferent to the 20 over format of Cricket.
