I've seen him a few times and heard very good things about him. I trust Clarky's judgement too and I'd like to think he wouldn't rip off Newcastle by letting us pay over the odds for a player who won't cut it in the Premier League.

Did wonders for my Huddersfield team on Football Manager (after being sacked by Newcastle of course, me and Clarkie basically swapped jobs). Premier League in two seasons...
 
I watched him again last night and he was very good. He's a good young player. Be happy to have him on board but he wouldn't be ready to be first choice just yet. The guy we need to have a close look at is James Forrest. He was fantastic down the wing. I think he's with Celtic, be a good squad filler. The Scots are not bad at all at junior level, play some nice stuff and have some canny players. That Leroy Fer we've been linked with in the past was playing for the dutch. Absolute beast of a boy with good distribution. Be good back up for Tiote.
 
According to the usual north east twitter journalists, theyve been reliably informed that Rhodes, Giroud and Traore arent January targets...

How about we sign Tomi Ameobi? He's got a 1 in 2 scoring record in the Icelandic second division and I'm sure he'd accept £50kpw to sit on the bench during reserve games like Xisco has done. Sorted. <ok>

Also I used to play for there u-15's B team 2 years ago and I used to actually get paid(like £10 weekly) but I only had like a 1 year contract and our team was really struggling! :/.. I was usually on the bench because of my versatility. I could play right, left and centre of midfield. I'm naturally right-footed but I'm also quite good with my left. Unfortunately I only made about 3 starts and a dozen sub apps.. so I didn't make the cut for them.. now I'm playing for a average non-paying local u18 side and I'm currently playing right midfield. <ok>

Well I did have a BIT of latino/brazilian flair but I lacked work-rate and I was a bit greedy at times.. also there were some really good players in my positions! I think one of our CB's is now playing with the A team and if you get into the A team and you cut it then you have a chance to graduate to the youth team and from the youth team you go to the reserves and then the first-team. Plus Hampton & Richmond are right now really struggling.. there in the bottom three of the Conference South.

Note : The reason I joined them was because they were a south London team and I only had to take 2 buses to get to the training area. <ok>
