With Dummy signing a new extension anyone think they will run with what we have at LB now? 1st position LB's - Target, Dummett, Lewis Can Cover LB's - Burn, Manquillo, Krafth, Botman Would seem plenty stocked in terms of cover in emergencies tbh if none of the above go and even if one or two do go you still have 5 who can play there. Focus on a RCB if LB is "done" now I guess.
They'd be getting what is likely the better player. Having said that, as our not moving for Diaby would be down to ffp constraints rather than lack of ambition, I'd be happier with our window resulting in Tonali & Barnes than McTomminay and Diaby.

I wasn't talking about Saint Maximin. Villa are after Diaby. If they were to sign him and we get Barnes then it's likely that Villa have the better player of those two.
