The Henderson account is real, looks like the Jobe account is also.

 

Coventry will have 20 odd mil when Gykoreres goes to Sporting.

 

Will be a good signing for them, but if he's going for £7m then I'm glad we aren't in for him. He's not worth that much

 

Good business by Coventry like, they’ll have the money to spend once the gyokeres deal goes through

Everton striker Ellis Simms is close to joining Coventry City on a permanent deal.

The Championship side have indicated they will meet Everton’s valuation for the 22-year-old, believed to be between £6-8 million, with a medical likely to take place on Friday. Interested to see how he gets on there. I like him but he’s almost the complete opposite of what Gyokeres is

 

The same people who are laughing at Simms going for 7m wouldn't sell Stewart for the same price.

The former has a similar record in the championship and doesn't have the injury issues.

I do think RS is the better player but goals are king. ES did great here. Price isn't far off market value.

 

I think £7m for Simms isn’t that bad a deal. But at the same time can see why we might not see the value in it. Especially having not sold anybody yet.

 

That's the key. They've now all of a sudden got money to burn. They're selling a player for 20m, got in a replacement for less than half that, who could potentially get near the total Gykoreres scored. No way we pay 6 or 8m on a player without having sold anyone.

I don’t think they’re in the same boat personally and Ellis I think has had a few injuries has he not ? and unforced spells away from first team football.

 

United close to signing Onana and a young lad Zion Suzuki from Japan.

Maybe that would free Nathan Bishop up to come here ? @Jarca
