O’Nien continues to improve and impress. He’s a workhorse and more talented than he gets credit for.

like others have said he doesn’t get in the team when everyone fit but I maintain he’s the perfect sub option. And he will likely start 30+ games next season any way, let’s face it

I see him playing a crucial role off the bench in a number of positions & giving us that ****housery we need to see agame out or up the tempo to seal a win. With his injury....i dont think were going to see a lot of Evans

I agree. only Rice and Phillips are naturals at that sitting role in midfield but have so much creativity when needed.

Partey has played in Champions league Semi finals for Atletico mate, whats Phillips ever done??
Hes a tidy player but a million miles away from being a top 6 player. He made the mistake many other players have by making a big move too soon.
Hes literally played about 10 games all season, Partey has been part of a team that's taken arsenal to the Champions league

If Phillips gets his head back in the game, plus Rice and Odergaard I think Arsenal would be right in the mix. I think Arteta would get him back at it. Just my opinion mate. :emoticon-0148-yes:

Lads I've had a few bevs but how much better is the way we have our club now to what we had to go through before it.

Theres an actual plan, with owners who aren't trying with everything they have to pull the wool and have us convinced that 8th in League One is acceptable at this club. Honestly I couldn't be more optimistic. The recruitment is exciting as **** as the football we played all last season would coax a stiffy from the oldest most impotent of gadgies.

Fair enough mate. I literally cant remember the last time Phillips had a good game though because i have a shyte memory and he never ever gets picked or comes off the bench.
Partey is a class player imo mate so im sorry if i came across as shooting your opinion down. Phillip's fecked up massively moving to City, he was hero worshipped in Leeds but hes wasted over a year of his career and development

We've had to put up with a lot of **** in recent years but that's all forgotten about now. Dreyfus and Speakman are both top tier and I'm not envious of anyone. What we're doing is absolutely bang on.

I think it's more mental problem rather than a physical one with Philips tbh, he needs to move, especiallywoth Kovacic signing. Partey is a quality player, I just get the feeling Arteta wants a couple of new midfielders next to Jorghino and he doesn't fancy Partey.

Phillips is quality.

Don’t let an injury savaged first season at City let us forget how him and Rice were dominating games for England.

Maybe needs to leave or maybe Pep does another second season wonder job.

They have had a few. Everyone said Grealish was a bust second season, sensational.

Stones now a top 5 in world CB, Rodri looked ‘solid’ now best deep lying midfielder in world.

See what Pep does with him over summer. He SHOULD have gone to Liverpool he was a perfect fit there.

Partey I reckon ho back to Spain, brilliant player but after a run of great games he burns out.
