Agree & there was a few times he was just strolling about & didn’t seem to care like the others , good player when he puts his mind to it
Wow, that's a bit of a reality check: a lot to be responsible for. Might have to get my rose-tinted spectacles recalibrated.
I think that's more his languid style than anything else, although he may have had that "I'm a Premier League player, why am I here?" going around his head too. I'm hopeful he'll really flourish next season if he's settled on being here for another loan. He's got great potential.
Really surprized that Tim might be signing, great news if true. Had some poor performances, but he is very young and having four managers in a season must have been difficult.
Really don't think Tim being back in training...and Jimmy saying it is good...means that he is coming back
We’re warmzin, Beth. The future is bright. The kid won’t see the ball sailing over his head 50 times a half but we’ll cross that bridge later. Today is a day of celebration.
Good point. Hard to see how a ball playing midfielder fits in. Unless of course Gareth surprises us with his style of play.
He’ll surprise us with his Gene Simmons tribute act at half-time but that’s about it. Still love the bloke but my expectations are pitifully low.
As a small antidote to the doom and gloom, consider this. 1. New pitch. A million when Harry ordered it in 2014, probably two now. 2. Training ground. Significant investment going in. 3. Funding a pre-season in Austria. It is just possible that our owners, well used to playing the long game in business, are biding their time for another run at the PL. Here's hoping!
