It’s not a great showing at all but it’s not usually me that takes delight in us being **** but only a bit less **** than somewhere else. No I don’t think IMF forecasts are a sinister ploy. I have to forecast **** every day and can only make a best guess on the info available at the time. If the forecasts are wildly wrong then by all means criticise the forecasters.
