Konrad De La Fuente looks an odd signing, he hasn't played a game in months for Olympiacos. His loan is due to end 30/6/2023 and will then re-join his parent club Olympique Marseilles. I can't see how we can sign him due to the lack of game time and international caps for USA.

It won't happen, but if we're looking for a backup Centre Back, I'd be all over Dishon Bernard again. Can play the ball, adds some pace etc. I reckon he'd fit in well as cover, would be good enough to challenge for a starting spot, and tactically gives us another option when we're up against a pacey striker.

Depends what you mean by half a Bounty, Ben.

If it's like half a twoer, that is to say a fully formed, completely chocolate encapsulated, coconut fondent of a Bounty, then fair enough, that's good value.

If it's a half eaten single Bounty with visible spittal clinging to the teeth imprinted brown/white ragged edge then that's a bit minging to be honest and probably beneath both us and Inter.

I'm no expert on confectionary bids for petulant ballers though, so you could be right either way.

Didn't realise Smith was quick off the mark and pacey. If he is, then I'd be more than happy with him as cover.

Not sure he is to be fair, but if he doesn't get his chance next season, when does he?

Surely the same can be said of Jarvis, Harry Wood, Callum Jones and others. With the contract extensions seemingly being handed out for players likely to b back ups, where do they get their chance... they didnt today...

I’d like to see Vaughan stay with us next season instead of being loaned out. In the few games he’s played, he’s shown that he has the quality and he doesn’t look out of place in the Championship. Just needs some gym work over the summer.

Ebiowei, on the other hand. **** me, I don’t think I’ve seen a bigger waste of space in a City shirt. Pelkas, I just don’t think we can justify signing him given his wages. There are cheaper options.

You're really struggling with this concept of having all our strikers injured for the last 8 games aren't you?

He's had to use the senior attacking mids and wingers he had to fill squad spaces, manage fitness etc.
