Arsenal’s record against the teams they should beat has been excellent (save for two draws v Soton as a notable exception). They’ve been very consistent.
They haven’t looked likely to compete at City’s level though. Lost to Utd, before narrowly (but deservedly) beating us - but 5 goals conceded over the two games. Drew with Newcastle (yet to play away fixture). Conceded 4 v Liverpool over two games. There is an issue when the opposition carry a threat too. The defence has looked unsure at times, especially without Saliba.

Arsenal, always known as a defensive team and Spurs, always known as an attacking team, have both screwed up together. Should be great fun next season for both of them. The Arsenal fan video club must be ready to move to Woolwich!!!!

Kurt Zouma helped off the pitch by the West Ham medical staff.
"That's how your cat feels" rings out around the stadium.

2-1. Zaha. Palace currently going above Chelsea.

Entertaining, but I think it'd give Alan Hansen an aneurysm.

Penalty to Palace. VAR should overrule that. Little or no contact with a hand? Pass.
Looked like a Palace player may have put it in after Pawson blew the whistle, though.
    Like to see that again.

4-2. West Ham need some more corners.

    Palace 4-2 up.

Never a penalty though. Eze went down way too easily. Useless var as usual.

They're looking for some unrealistic standard. It's all about the initial decision.
    Very poor use of technology.

4-3. I did say that West Ham needed more corners. <whistle>

You also get to watch Sessegnon playing left-back.

Edit: Also watch out for Miles Leaburn, son of former Charlton and Wimbledon striker Carl.

4-3 FT. Palace up to 40 points and surely safe. West Ham probably are too, though.
Hodgson proved me completely wrong about his appointment.
Improved their results and their quality of football. Fair play to him. <applause>

Chelsea down to 12th. Can they get a result against the Woolwich on Tuesday? Probably not.

Ipswich are currently 5-0 up against Exeter in the first half. Every shot they've had has gone in.
Former Spurs academy player Massimo Luongo has got one of them.
They're on a run of 12 wins and a draw, conceding only twice. Unbeaten in 17.
Kieran McKenna will have some clubs looking at him in the summer.

Mrs RCL having a worse week than me football wise.
She's a Wednesdayite ... Sheffield United got promoted on Wednesday, Plymouth and Ipswich are both winning so Wednesday will end up in the play offs.

    She's away working...in Sheffield!!!!

The footballing gods had it in for her this week <laugh>

Wolves going for the old Southampton scoreline, apparently.
Trying to make our defending at the Dismemberment Stadium look good.

You ever want proof of just how unreal of a club and team Brighton are at the moment, they didn’t even start Mitoma, Caicedo and MacAllister and were 5-0 up by the time Mitoma came on.

Imagine us willingly starting a game without Kane, Bentancur and the usual Son and managing to score a goal, let alone 5.
