We aint buying no full back for €7m.

Maybe we could sign him on loan from Roma with a similar option to buy if we get promoted next season. I can’t imagine Westerlo can spend €7 million on a young full-back either so he’ll be back at Roma in the summer.

The article says Westerlo are planning on exercising the option, though it would seem highly unlikely that they could afford to (they're Turkish owned, so maybe it's a mate of Acun's).

We were linked with him in the January Acun took over. Hard to see why we'd want another right back now

I've never been Coyle's biggest fan but in the last few weeks, he's been fantastic. He's improved a lot under Rosie, as many of our players have and I'd be happy to see him get a new deal (not just trigger his option year).

I agree the Coyle slander is old now. He's been steady these last games without Christie. Even fighting through the injury against Burnley (I think) he was solid. Good squad player to have

Re Coyle #Eekme2...

I'd also like to see / try him midfield in an Ash role....

Also would like to have seen Fleming in this role as that what he was brought into the club as a junior, though he's not on Rosie favourite list and suspect he's on his way out

Under FFP you are allowed to lose £39m over 3 years, so I think what he is saying in simple terms is that he can put in £13m a year not to fall foul of the FFP rules. The rest has to come from Sponsorship, TV revenue, ticket sales, player sales and Commercial profit such as concourse and the shop.
