    Who cares? A couple of hundred idiots giving their email aren't going to change anything, especially if it's started by a bloody Yank :D

    He might want to change his name before trying to get people on board with his petition, no one takes a yank seriously over here! <laugh>

    Maybe, maybe not.

    another 97.411 to go and it becomes eligible for debate in the House of Commons.

    Everyone knows the only e-petitions to get the necessary number of votes are the draconian ones that would take this country back to the Dark Ages (or, at the very least, turn the UK into a Eastern Bloc theme park...)

    even if it got to parliament it doesn't mean the politicians are gonna go for it.
    Is a conservative government really going to go against london's incumbant mayor and presumably the conservative candidate for the next election?

    people don't bother to get the facts,the money is for the surrounding area not the stadium,if we don't get the money go ahead with the stadium and leave the government to improve the area,that will cost taxpayers who opposed it More

    Vote Ken!

    Besides, if they really wanted 100,000+ signatures, to make it appeal to the people who use that site it'd have to say something like "The money for redeveloping Stamford Bridge should be used to pay for hanging looters and Jobseekers." It'd probably have 300,000 votes already if it did...

    For a 400m project, seeing as we've only been offered 8m by GLA, and some other money for the surrounding area is part of the Riots fund anyway, does the dickhead organising this petition realise this.

    Very good, I did actually <laugh> at that but you know what they say about sad individuals that pickup on typo's or grammar mistakes?

    And believe me you fit the bill very nicely. So tell me, apart from BolyenAli who asked you to stay when you threatened to "leave" <laugh>

    Don't think it was PNP!

    <doh>

    It was on 2,580 when I signed yesterday, just because the not606 article that Michigan posted on a few boards didn't receive any real response, doesn't mean that it isn't doing it's job, because 400 have signed up in the last 24 hours as word gets round on all different football boards, Facebook and Twitter.

    Probably won't hit the 100K, still the reaction from certain Spurs posters going on the defensive make it fun and worth the effort.

    Really? It's not on just this site, it's now doing the rounds.

    2,580 when I signed yesterday
    2,980 when I just checked

    All in 24 hours

    Believe me, there are plenty of other clubs fans out there that hate Spurs enough to sign up.

    <ok>

    Perhaps you should march on Parliament to raise publicity, you've clearly got nothing better to do...
