Good to read that your wife has taken a turn for the better, hopefully a full recovery is not too far away
Well done Snaggey and Co. Never be afraid to challenge the medics and ask questions, lots think they are like God's and what they say goes, they do a great job but aren't infallible. OaU Snaggey lad, keep it going and all the best, great news.
That's brilliant news Snaggey. You have to wonder how many people suspect there's something not quite right with their treatment but don't say anything. Similar happened with my Dad when they couldn't get him home fast enough despite doing very little to sort him out a couple of weeks before he went in and died.
Interesting day for COVID related news. People lost their funding and jobs, were accused of racism for suggesting this back in 2020/21. Now it's becoming more and more accepted, and nobody screaming disinformation and demanding the ruination of the lives of people who turned out to be correct at the time have yet admitted to getting it wrong. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-us-canada-64806903
Great news Snaggey, I am sorry I missed your original post, I haven’t been on here much lately so reading your post is a bit of a surprise, but I am so pleased your wife appears to be turning the corner. The support offered by the posters you tagged is heartening, well done one and all. You and your wife take care, watch out for each other and the kids, there is nothing more precious than family. Once again my apologies for missing your original post but my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family
Just seen the media all going on about the Grimsby tweet last night with Harvey Price in it! I didn't see it did anyone else? From what I've read it was a gif of him saying that "what a day" thing, posted by social media bloke last night and it has been deleted today and an apology issued for the inappropriate tweet! Is it inappropriate just because it's Harvey because it doesn't appear to me that the gif or the comment accompanying it were. The original video was shared by his mother so I assume it's something she wanted people to see and like?
Finished this tonight. Took about 4 weeks, but been off work so had a lot of time to do it. Might hoy some pics up tomorrow....
https://sportwitness.co.uk/i-took-b...ng-sunderland-transfer-decision-magical-time/ M'villa Dragging up old pain here, he was interviewed and spoke a bit about his time here
Some pics of the London Bus I finished yesterday. I wasn't too keen on the front grill as it was just a decal, so made my own. We're gonna need a new sieve, but I've put this one back in the cupboard to see how long it takes for anyone to notice!!
I'm in two minds about it all, he signed a pre-contract to come on a free in January didn't he? So what was he doiglng at the airport expecting the club to pay a fee? Was he just upset that they signed N'Dong for a fee? The club thought it was better business to wait until January and get him free, in hindsight it didn't work that way but I understand it more than some of the other deals! Like the bloke who we had to pay the transfer fee after the loan and him never joining!
We’ve done some hideous business over the years - signing the wrong players and missing out on / deciding against the right players.
This one would have worked out I think, if it wasn't for BSA going and Moyes coming in! I know it had already happened by the time he was in the airport wanting to sign but the negative way the season went under Moyes meant come January he changed his mind completely.
