Wonder why the EFC player, think it was Onana, got so mad at Tsimikas when the handbags at dawn episode was going on. Will there be accusations of racist comments!!

Bajcetic proved a point and ready to replace the tired legs of a midfielder.

    Prefer Bajcetic to Jones
But way to early to get carried away
    Prefer him to Thiago too

I said if more of us were more positive in our comments the universe would respond in kind ...... :)

Had a feeling Gakpo would score.

Have to take with punch of salt as Everton didn’t offer much.

Gomez was very good. Didn’t let Simms settle and bring anything down. Got close and battled him out the game.

TAA started but sloppy passing but by end of game confidence had come back. Couple of brilliant passes one first time to Nunez cross field and another in behind for Salah second half. Defended well. Still not top levels yet but getting closer.

Robbo was great. Really broke forward with the ball and the run for the second was very good. Much like his old self.

Bajcetic - motm. Broke up play from the off. Brilliantly composed on the ball and passing was nice and simple but also a couple great switches. Shame couldn’t top it off with an assist at the end there.

Hendo was back somewhere near his best. What I would say is that he dropped in to cover TAA and Matip much better today filling those gaps.

Salah and Nunez had moment. Still work to be done but Nunez showed that given space to run into he’s absolutely brilliant. Just needs to find a couple goals to settle down.

Gakpo was brilliant second half. Looked like a speedy firmino dropping deep to get the ball, turning and then being able to actually run at players. Made up with the goal, let’s hope settled him down and can get him to relax.

fixtures up until March. Wolves and Fulham are a must win. Palace and United going to be tough. Newcastle, who knows. Not scoring much but not conceding. Been in iffy run last few results so might be bit of pressure on them to come at us and win, which may open gaps on the counter

    Newcastle (a)
    Madrid (h)
    palace (a)
    Wolves (h)
    united (h)
    Bournemouth (a)
    Madrid (a)
    fulham (h)

Technically at least one of the Madrid games is a must win as well.

What's the general feeling re Marsch: not good enough, not given enough time with the new signings?

Anyone you'd like to see (or wouldn't like to see...) to replace him?
