Thought we lost the midfield battle too often again today. Teams have figured out Seri is the focal point. We need someone to drop deeper and/or step up to the plate creatively. Given all the ongoings throughout the week I thought Tufan played well and he's one I would look to help out centrally more now the wide players are coming back

Interestingly we switched to a 4-3-3 late on. Probably lead to our worst period in possession but had some potential going forward.

Alfie and Sean are turning into proper championship CB's as well. Another point gained hopefully a better performance in Norfolk

(Also the Stoke Stewards were proper heavy handed today which seemed odd)

You look at the chances we had 2-3 they had none really.

We were never in danger of losing that. A point away in the championship is always job done. Especially at sjoke in fe'brrrruarrrr'y.

Ifollow has been **** since the club stopped using the humberside feed. Fletch's heart is in the right place but its far from a professional broadcast.

City ifollow audio should be humbersaard. 2pm til 6pm.

Why bother with Fletch when half the time we get the away bbc commentary cos he can't get his **** to work anyway?

On balance I don't mind Fletch, he is better than some commentators I have heard on follow. However, I did message him a while back, as I felt he was bigging up the opponent too much during the game.

I've just checked back... in 13 league games since he took over, we have scored 17 goals in 13 games... that includes 3 at Cardiff and 4 at Wigan... while we have certainly tightened up brilliantly at the back we now to me at least have problems going in the other direction. As he rightly says, we create many many opportunities, we just dont convert them.

How many we conceded?

Was pretty tough to watch but had the breakaways to win it (longman/ Connelly).

Restricted Stoke to corners.

Almost a classic away performance.

Elder has done alright but Greaves is a level above in my opinion. A bit like Christie and Coyle on the other side.
Generally true, but definitely not yesterday. Stoke got far more joy on the right out of Greaves than they did out of Elder. Greaves' positioning radar was malfunctining and he kept giving too much space to wide players and failing to stop them crossing. Probably still be back in against Norwich. we could do with Pelkas back in as well, better suited to a game when the opposition cuts down the space in midfield.

Disagree with that. I thought we looked more solid when Greaves was on. Thought Elder was fine just a bit sloppy and I'm never a fan of him defensively.

First 20 mins especially they were hurting us down our left with ease

and disagree with that - Greaves positional sense was all over the place - the winger was round him time and time again and we were lucky his shirt pulling went unpunished late on - Greaves is fine pushing forward but defensively he's a liability which is why Rosie took him out of the centre and replaced him with McLoughlin, who well deserves his spot - the back 4 have tighten up immeasurably mainly because Coyle and Greaves have been replaced - we just need Ingram to improve his distribution and stop hospital passes and kicking straight into touch and we will have one of the best defences in the league

Every week I hear at least one comment about Greaves and shirt pulling, and this goes back to at least last season if not before. Surely something can be done about that by the coaches?
