Google 'Gerardo Seoane'

He's your man. I cant believe he hasn't been snapped up yet. He's been out of work 2-3 months, now.

Good morning all
and a lot brighter than yesterday
Corberon WHY OH WHY, purely 2nd fiddle to Bielsa and we know how tough Bielsa found the prem, Last thing we need is another coach with no experience of the rigours of the prem could see that as a real disaster from day one. Poch on the other hand knows the prem inside out, and was recognised by Bielsa himself as one of the top coaches, also has managed some of the best in europe. to me would be the ideal fit if we could tempt him, i could see real progression quite quickly.
Whoever we go for has to be gettable. Highly believed that Poch wants to go back to Spurs and Conte will probably walk at the end of the season.

Personally I would love to know who the players would pick, a secret ballot perhaps...........just a thought. :emoticon-0100-smile

Very impressive win percentage as you say, especially in a strong league like the Bundesliga

In May 2021, it was announced that Seoane would coach Bundesliga club Bayer Leverkusen.[6] In the 2021–22 season, he led Bayer Leverkusen to finish third in the Bundesliga, to be their best finish in seven seasons. However, he was sacked in October 2022, due to his club's poor start of the next season since their promotion in 1979.[7]

These ‘expert’ pundits really do talk a load of ****e at times, and strangely enough former Leeds players seem to be the worst.

Carlton Palmer: “Leeds must re-hire Paul Heckingbottom. He’s the one I’d be looking at.” <doh> ffs

Hard job for the club to get the right man for the job, having a tead around, virtually anyone named as been met by derision by someone else.

If it's Slot then I'll be happy.

Don't care if his tactics and system are similar to Marsche's as the major difference seems to be he can actually make them work.

Feyenoord aren't top of the Dutch Eredivisie by luck.

Lots of coaches play narrow out of possession.

It's how you deal with the transitions when you lose the ball and then in possession can you make the right choice between hurting the opposition with quick direct play or alter your shape to retain the ball, dictate play and in essence control the match.

Not in the premier league as the Southampton guy, Ragnick at scum and now Jesse has found out. By all means keep doing it if we fancy the challenge of the championship next season.

I guess we hope he is a luckier manager than Marsch.

Some very nice tweets from Remi Maric about the club, the fans, the atmosphere, the energy and the board. Many thanks chucked out but this one amazed me. It basically says some of his ideas were not accepted by the players?

marsch made them work in Austria… but obviously a substandard league where he had the best players.

standard of the Dutch league? It’s rated the 11th best league in Europe… hey better than Austria! He’s an upgrade. And he’s Dutch not American. What’s not to like.

Maybe they think we need to stick to a similar playing style given it’s too late to sign a seven foot striker and go 442.
