They were that price for weeks on those sites
These tout sites offer them before they even know whether they can get any or not. Had to go that route a couple of times for World Cup - first time I had to meet a cockney in a hotel in South Africa on the eve of the game to get access to them. He did give us hospitality ones though as we bought him a drink. Second time the guy contacted us two days before the game to say he would refund our money as he couldn’t get them. Just turned out that Holland- Chile was a key group decider so he could probably get a better price. Meant we still had to fly to Sao Paolo from Rio, as we couldn’t cancel flights or hotel and watch it in a bar instead.
Tempted to fly in that morning and fly home after match,hmmmm....
