He did give us hospitality ones though as we bought him a drink. Second time the guy contacted us two days before the game to say he would refund our money as he couldn’t get them. Just turned out that Holland- Chile was a key group decider so he could probably get a better price. Meant we still had to fly to Sao Paolo from Rio, as we couldn’t cancel flights or hotel and watch it in a bar instead.
