We were garbage and that's being harsh on garbage..

As for Udders, what a set of Stefan Kuntz! 2nd half Rhodes is laid in our box, faking injury, they have ball but don't put it out. They'd get the ball back!
20 secs later, we get ball, but don't put it out and they complain like stink ...what a set of Udder's thickos.

Pleased to say I stayed to the bitter end....Had to laugh.

It was a very similar level performance to the Wigan game. I wouldn't describe it as garbage we just lack wide options for how LR wants to play

Fair comment, but when I see and smell garbage I like to let people know....HCC Refuse team love me...

More on $hithousery....An ex work colleague of mine in York, from a few years ago, was a linesman. No names.....He invited me to several games City games as his guest. He told me that City had always been a club who seldom bent the rules, (or words to that effect). The only time when they would make it hard for the officials was during the Molby rein, when according to him, City players had to argue every call, to put pressure on the officials. Several City players, of the time, told him this and even offered to apologise for their behaviour....

The L1 promotion side was full of ****housery. Honeyman was a sod for it, KLP had a nasty streaky, as did Smallwood, Magennis and even Wilks.

Are you advocating that that when Malcolm arrives because he's had a knee injury, het gets 20 minutes Syd... I'm sure Palace medical will say, he's good to play, I'm pretty sure City's medical have said Tetteh is fit to play... I'm sure they said Ally was ...

If Ebiowei hasn't played any minutes and is easing back from an injury yes I'm absolutely saying we ease him in. Only an idiot throws a 6 month loanee coming back from a knee injury in first game from the start, sees them re-injure themselves and miss the rest of the season, and realise they've just pissed a 6 month loan down the drain just to try to get 3 points against Preston.

We've always being too nice, which is why we seldom put dire teams to the sword and tend to take pity on teams struggling. Its being like it for more years than I care to admit.... We lack gamesmanship and professionalism in spades, from top to bottom. If there was a $hithousery table, we'd be rock bottom. Doesn't seem to be any different under the new regime.

Tufan and Seri are good at this, they know when to go down and Connolly is a bit of a wind up merchant from what I saw when he was at Boro, when he played against us he tried winning a penalty against Jones and then gave him a load of grief for the rest of the game (though we won and had the last laugh, Connolly did miss two sitters in that game for Boro - funny how things turn out).

Got to start with our strongest 11on Friday night. It's like what Brazil did in the World Cup. They saved Neymar for the 5th penalty and he never got to take it. We leave Tetteh and Tufan on the bench until we go behind then it's an uphill battle after that. The opportunity to get at them is too late in the game and the damage is done.

Down the right, neither Smith, Doc nor Slater are wingers, the obvious one IMO is to put Christie there with Coyle at RB, they can both switch places, but it’s the best we’ve got without any recognised right winger, unless there’s someone in the youth set up that could come in? Although our youth set up seems pretty dim right now, maybe when we’re safe & not a lot to play for at the end of the season, we might get a look at some?
Well Christie would be a much better option than Smith. He is good with the ball at his feet can do some neat interchange stuff in close quarters and beat his man going inside or outside and can shoot. What more could we ask for.

Not going to get into a bun fight over this Syd... but based on this comment and others, we might just might arrive at a fully fit squad playing 90 by the last few games of the season.. Traore... still a month away and then a few 20 minute Cameo's, Ally a month away then a few 20 minute Cameos... Tetteh maybe another 3 games and then he'll get 60 and get taken off, Malcolm, 3 games away and then maybe a couple of 20's straight away, thats if we dont have injuries in the meantime.... the lad from Arsenal god knows how long and lets not mention Baxter...!! and thats why we are where we are.. and to just cover your point... Malcolm is not our player, he's a loan...play him ...

On the upside we'll look brilliant chasing a game in the last 20 minutes!!.. or be really radical, get 2 up and then take players off..

Tufan goes down a lot but I think that's different from knowing when to go down. He rarely convinces the ref and in fact, I think this is one reason he doesn't play more. The Sunderland goal on the break where he went down meekly and got nothing won't have helped his cause.

Christie on the wing with Coyle right back worked really well in the Wigan home game when Dawson first tried it but we've hardly played that combination again since. It must be better than relying on Smith.
