It's a shame Abramovic isn't still at Chelsea as he would probably sack Potter soon enough and we could at least try to get him

Bit annoyed that Oliver was given Villa v Leeds instead of this game TBH. Our game is a relegation six pointer. Surely requires a top ref.
This one doesn’t really surprise me. Putting myself in their shoes, centralising the network’s scouting system (especially if more analytics-led nowadays) is one of the first things I’d want to do in a multi-club structure if you’re looking to pull all of your clubs up to the same standards. We’ve also scouted pretty well over the past 12 months. Even the Gakpo and Ramos pursuits lean towards that, as do the ABK, Lavia, Edozie signings. Even Bazunu in the medium to long-term, I’m sure will be good. Mara is the only real question mark where I have doubts so far. And I’m sure a lot of people have been less than impressed with some of the scouting in recent years…
I don't think it's a bad thing TBH. SR will be motivated to scout and buy top young talent to sell for profit at the end of the day so the scouting set up has to be good.
Seems very logical until our time with SR comes to an end. Will Saints just be left without a scouting network of our own? I guess it depends if they were to sell clubs individually or the whole network of clubs as one.
A new broom sweeps clean, we have been preached at about how bad things were/are within the Club, it seems SR are taking steps to rectify the situation, some things won't be appreciated, but it is time for change, whether it will be for our own good is questionable, but it has been said about the ownership, "be careful what you wish for", we have made our bed, we now have to lie on it. As for the Scouting? Each one will have to decide where their loyalties are, recently they don't seem have been very effective, but that could be down to a number of reasons and not their fault at all?
