Watched most games and been decent. Couple dull 0-0 but on the whole some good football.
 
Looking at the Brazil team (and squad) that forward line is really going to have to win it for them.
The defence is fairly old and I wouldn't say the most mobile
The midfield is very workman like and they don't seem to have picked alot of mids, so they'd be hoping none of them get injured.
 
Should be 1-1, very harsh to rule that out for offside imo; keeper had already started driving so no way he was getting back across, the attacker doesn't make movement towards the ball at all
 
Been awful this second half, literally defended the entire time. Needs control and creativity; Foden and Trent spring to mind
 
Foden sitting there wondering how he is star man for city yet can’t get into this England team ahead of Grealish… who never plays for city.

Wont be the only one.

I imagine Pope and Ramsdale, who are currently sitting 1st and 3rd in the league with their team are beaten out by a keeper just above the relegation spots.

Less issue with that given pickfords done alright for England. Don’t forget ramsdale has been relegated twice from prem with 2 diff clubs.

Same with maguire. Is always ok for England, mainly cos England are defensive and generally have 2 blockers in front of him.

But foden is 3 times the player Grealish is who gets the ball, runs along a bit, cuts back wins a foul and slows play down.

Embarrassing performance. Already believing their own hype after being Iran? Tbf, this result probably puts their feet back in the ground (or at least, it should)
