I think it he's asking, he's probably pretty confident that he's not in trouble.
We're back to the usual 'someone whose politics I disagree with is insisting I do my job therefore it's bullying' thing.

No, but Raab is unlikely to have asked for the investigation if he thinks he's in bother.
That's not to say there might not be more allegations, but I suppose at least we'll see what's classed as bullying to the civil service.
It's a tried and tested government policy. If the **** is getting thrown anyway then try and take hold of the narrative. We saw it with Patel and then with Partygate. You can kick the problem down the road for 6 months demanding everyone waits for the outcome of an investigation, claim goodwill by referring yourself and "co-operating" and taking the immediate pressure off. Then in 6 months time, when you get a slap on the wrist, you can apologise "if you felt bullied" rather than for being a bully and brush it under the carpet.
If this comes out in the wash now, Sunak's government is in real trouble before it starts after we've already had the Williamson debacle. In 6 months time, it'll be less of a threat.

Five million people economically inactive - that's not due to Brexit. It's people who decided they didn't want to go back to work after COVID. They're generally not taking out of the system (because you have to have enough money to just decide not to work) but they're not putting in either and that's where the problem lies.
