Nope. It's a combination of factors. There was always going to be an effect from Brexit as everything was reorganized (and not necessarily by very capable people). It's the additional pressure from COVID and Ukraine that's tipped the balance. Two things any government would have had zero control over. If you want to view it through a purely Tory-hating lens, fair enough. You'll never learn anything though. I prefer to understand why things happen.
