Match Day Thread Coventry vs QPR

I've seen every game this season, and all home games live. He looks interested when he's got the ball. Consistently looks the least committed player. Compare him to Chair. Night and day.

 

That's because they're outplaying us. Unlike Huddersfield, Cov. can really play.

 

I would take 7th at this stage of the season....definitely.

But what really worries me...is the injuries, lack of depth and lack of belief and the lack of scoring.. Just like the latter part of last season.

Give him the benefit of the doubt for now awjm.
He's just come back from injury and before that, he was league top goal scorer.
We were singing his praises earlier in the year.
Just saying give him time. Hope he can prove you wrong.

****ing ****. I am the lone R amongst a bunch of Leicester supporters in Germany and the next mocking QPR comment will be met with violence.

 

As much as they deserve it sb, we are QPR, so we should be used to that.
Besides, next year we might be giving their team a comeuppance.
Seems a bit distant now, but you never know. He who laughs last, etc. etc.

The early optimism is coming to an end for me. We really aren't that good. We certainly aren't a top 6 team.

 

Hopefully just bad patch time, lots of huff and puff but yeah not looking good, I suppose the break suits teams not in form if there's any positives at all

Probably so, but that's how he sees it.
He's entitled to his view as long as he doesn't insult anyone.
I think we're all edgy because of our poor form and we're trying to find blame.
I, as well as others, thought Willock was our "saviour", but you can't rely on one man's return to turn this around.
We're still around the top six, and I would have taken that all day long at the beginning of the season.
So let's enjoy the World Cup and get a fresh start on the return.

Before his latest injury, Willock has been our best player.

 

Why worry Beth? I'm sure we'll get someone in Jan. to right the ship.
Still a long way from home and with our start, the worst that can happen is we stay in the Champ. for another season.
Believe Beth and give the lads credit for getting us this far.
What's happening to HB and Stainesy is more worth worrying about (you'll be Ok too HB and Stainesy ).
QPR will still be around long after we're gone AND stressing out the younger supporters in years to come. So long may we say, C'mon U RRRS!!!

Absolutely... no one ( who he wants to go to) will come for him at the moment. Injury prone, not playing well.

He is not stupid. If he wants a move...he needs to show he is fit and good.

He knows this. He is not doing this on purpose. He is carrying an old injury. He has to play as he is last man standing..

I hope he can rest and come good

 

Didn't follow the game as other things happening........

But what I will say is that if offered 7th going into World Cup break before season started I think most of us would have taken it....... even if it's on the back of 1 point from last 15.....
